  • 1 Pineapple Whole
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1.5-2 Cups Sugar


  1. Crush pineapple in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add water and sugar.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until all the water has evaporated and pineapple is of a thick consistency.
