Banana Fritters

Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add vanilla and baking powder.
  3. Mix in flour, a bit at a time.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Fry in batches of 3 to 5 at a time.

  6. Cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes on the first side until the edges become golden and crispy.

  7. Then flip them over and cook for about a minute longer on the other side.
  8. Remove them from the oil and place them on a paper-lined plate.
